Refund and Cancellation Policy - MoneyParrot
The following Plans are available for the various categories of subscribers in

Refund and Cancellation Policy for Subscription (for the above mentioned plans) is described as under:
Subscribers are entitled to a full refund during a period of Fifteen (15) days after the subscription begins. Please note that the 15 day period begins when the subscription period starts. In the event of the free trial promotion, the subscription service starts before you are first charged and there may be no fees paid to be refunded.
Post Fifteen days from the start of subscription, we do not provide refunds on any fees or charges related to the above mentioned plans), including partially used periods and bank/Merchant Fees.
As an exception, we may consider providing a refund when we have updated your payment information and there are good reasons to believe that you didn’t intend for an update to be made.
Note: When cancelling your subscription, all of the features provided expire as soon as your cancellation takes effect at the end of your billing cycle. To be eligible for a return, you should terminate the subscription immediately.

In case you are charged twice for the same transaction, the amount pertaining to one transaction will be refunded via same source within 15 to 20 working days.
